Tuvalu (formerly known as the Ellice Islands) is an Polinesian island, in the Pacific Ocean. Tuvalu is between Australia and Hawai.The problem that the island have is that it may disappear completely, including its human, cultural and natural.Tuvalu has high tides and bad floods for six months each year.More than 4000 Tuvaluans live in New Zeland.Nearly one third of Tuvaluans have left Tuvalu.Imported food is very expensive in Tuvalu.

Language Biography

I've studied English since I was eight years old. In my school we began study it in third course.
In the first course of secoundary school we lernt the basic, the present simple, the present continious... The first year I had english in the optional subject. The following years I studied a lot of vocabulary and a little more of grammar .The fourth year I learnt more grammar.
I have spoken to a native outside school. I any time any native asked me in the street. I never was in a English-speaking country, but I want to visited one. I have never spoken to a native by e-mail.
I sometimes whatch films in english. But The 90% of my music is in english, I love the pop music in english.
Sometimes I leave messages on a blog in which I have to write in english.

To tell the exactly hour we use the expresion It's (hour) o'clock

My town: Cornellà

Cornellà is a old town.It has got a lot of squares and a medium avenue called Rambla.It also has three supermakets, a church, a football field, etc...
In my opinion, the best of live in Cornellà is that it's a family place.The three supermarkets that it has are incredible, you can buy that you want. I think the football field has brought a new look for the city.
However, the new look has caused fights between neightbors.
Cornellà is my town and in general I like living here. It's a got place to be whith your friends and family.

My hero

My hero is Shakira.She’s a famous person, her complete name is Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll. She born in a villatge in Colombia, called Barranquillas. Shakira born in 1977. She starts to sing in 1990. I do not want to be like her or anything like that, I just think it is a respectable person who helps neddy people.
